🛡️ 12-Year Warranty
Every Olaf & Co. mattress ordered online is covered by a 10-year manufacturer's warranty plus 2 bonus years — 12 years in total, counted from the date your mattress is delivered.
What is covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
- Visible sagging deeper than 2.5 cm that is not caused by an improper foundation or base.
- Foam core that splits or cracks under normal use.
- Broken or protruding spring wire.
What is not covered
- Normal softening of the comfort layers over time.
- Personal comfort preference (too soft / too firm).
- Stains, burns, cuts or moisture damage.
- Damage caused by misuse or an improper base or foundation.
- Mattresses bought second-hand — the warranty is not transferable.
If a claim is approved, Olaf & Co. will repair or replace the mattress at its own choice. Delivery charges for warranty service may apply.

🎁 Welcome Voucher
New members who register for a free account receive a personal welcome voucher.
- 10% off one order, capped at RM 300.
- Single use — once redeemed it cannot be used again.
- New registrations only, and limited to one voucher per person.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other voucher codes.
- Olaf & Co. may amend or withdraw the programme at any time.
🚚 Delivery
- Doorstep delivery within the Klang Valley: RM 80.
- Carry upstairs (no lift access): additional RM 40.
- Delivery is scheduled after our store confirms your order.
- Please make sure the delivery team has access — lifts, staircases and doorways must fit the mattress.
- A failed delivery (nobody home, no access) may incur a re-delivery charge.
